I would bring the book that has been sitting on my desk for over a year, a Tommy Bahama chair for maximum comfort, and flint, because Jeff Probst would be mad at me if I omitted this (yes, I still watch Survivor).

If you were stranded on a desert island, what would you bring?
I would bring a solar-powered phone charger (because even on a deserted island, I need to check ad performance), my dogs (because someone needs to brainstorm ways to escape with me), a whiteboard & markers (for drawing out weekly budgets…and maybe a distress signal), noise-canceling headphones (in case the seagulls start offering unsolicited creative feedback), and a personal assistant (ideally someone skilled in fishing, fire-making... and PowerPoint).
